Enterco Delivered a Speech at the 17th Five Provinces and One Municipality Daily Chemical Industry Joint Conference
From December 4th to 6th, the 17th Five Provinces and One Municipality Daily Chemical Industry Joint Conference and CICE China International Cosmetics Industry Development Promotion Conference 2025 were held in Shanghai. The conference brought together industry associations from Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shandong, focusing on three main directions: industrial collaboration, technological upgrading, and market expansion, to highlight the high-quality development and internationalization of China's cosmetics industry.
As a key player in the field of cosmetics compliance and digital services, Enterco was invited to participate in the conference and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry peers at several sessions. At the AI Forum, Enterco co-founder Jiang Ming delivered a keynote speech entitled "Ten Years of AI Agents: The Intelligent Revolution in the Cosmetics Industry," systematically outlining the development of AI from rule-driven and data-driven stages to large-scale model cognition from the perspective of artificial intelligence technology evolution, and further highlighting the practical significance of AI Agents in professional fields.

In his speech, Jiang Ming, drawing on the highly specialized and regulatory-intensive application scenario of cosmetics compliance, deeply analyzed the limitations of current large-scale models in areas such as "black box mechanisms, illusory risks, passive responses, and high costs." He proposed a new generation of intelligent compliance model centered on AI Agents. By integrating task planning, memory storage, tool invocation, and human-machine collaboration mechanisms, this model transforms the compliance system from a "passive query tool" into an "understandable, executable, and verifiable" intelligent agent—the CosReg China Cosmetics Compliance Intelligent Assistant. This presentation sparked widespread attention and discussion among industry professionals in the audience regarding the path to digital compliance upgrades.
