EnterCo Group Showcases AI Compliance Application Practices at CRCC

Held in Munich, Germany from October 26 to 27, the European Conference on Cosmetic Science and Regulatory Strategies (CRCC) brought together industry peers to exchange ideas on cosmetic science innovation, global compliance, and digital transformation.
As the only speaker from China at this year's conference, Jiaqi Xu , Co-founder and Head of AI Products at EnterCo Group, delivered a Day 1 presentation titled "AI-Driven Compliance: From Data Chaos to Market Access."
Drawing on EnterCo's deep professional data accumulation and innovative product practices, he shared with international peers a China-grown approach to leveraging AI to solve data fragmentation, drive global compliance management, and accelerate product market access.

01 The Data Bottleneck in Product Launch: Fragmented and Dispersed Information
Compliance review of a product is often held up by scattered information.
Xu pointed out in his presentation that project decisions on compliance are frequently buried in emails, formulation information sits in R&D systems, and safety assessment reports come from different third parties. Before review even begins, teams must invest significant effort in piecing together documents, reconciling versions, and confirming completeness.
What makes it more challenging is that materials keep evolving as projects progress. When multiple product lines run in parallel, frequent retrieval and back-and-forth communication drain substantial team resources.
That is why the first entry point for enterprise AI adoption is breaking down data silos — integrating fragmented data through automated tools and reducing repetitive manual work, turning chaotic compliance processes into something transparent, clear, and controllable.
02 Deep Expertise at Work: From Process Automation to Professional AI Agents
Around this solution, Xu showcased two of EnterCo's applied practices: an AI workflow that assists in compiling EU CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) safety assessments, and CosReg, a professional AI agent built for cosmetic compliance.
AI-assisted CPSR workflow: leveraging AI to consolidate regulatory checks, document retrieval, and research information into a unified process, automatically generating document summaries with clearly cited sources for efficient expert review, significantly improving the reuse rate of materials.
CosReg professional compliance agent: aggregates 2,500+ regulatory standards covering 22 regions, 44,000+ ingredient entries, and 8,000+ ingredient safety data records. With this powerful data foundation, CosReg enables cross-market regulatory comparison, ingredient safety verification, and preliminary formulation screening — with every query result precisely traceable to its source.
From building internal professional workflows to productizing standardized solutions, EnterCo is continuously transforming its compliance expertise and regulatory data into reusable AI service capabilities, empowering enterprises to tackle multi-market compliance challenges.
03 Outcome-Driven Evaluation: Making AI Deliver Real Value in Real Scenarios
"AI capabilities divorced from business scenarios are meaningless," Xu stressed, noting that enterprises evaluating AI applications must be guided by concrete business outcomes and establish clear deliverable criteria.
Take the label artwork comparison feature in EntercoMatrix as an example: AI is required to compare packaging artwork against approved copy item by item. In practice, however, different languages and complex layout designs can interfere with recognition results.
To address this, EnterCo established a rigorous testing loop:
- Building a test case set covering different languages and packaging layouts;
- Defining scoring criteria to evaluate text recognition and comparison accuracy;
- Conducting expert review and attribution to identify missed detections, false positives, and their root causes;
- Continuously improving and retesting to refine the tool and re-validate its performance.
This outcome-driven R&D loop ensures AI tools are truly grounded in real business operations, rather than stopping at concept demonstrations.
04 Multi-Agent Collaboration: Reshaping the Future of Global Compliance
In closing, Xu outlined a future vision of multi-agent collaboration in bringing products to market.
With individual tasks well handled, breaking down professional silos between roles to enable seamless information flow and automated task handover will be the key to AI's deep empowerment of enterprise compliance management and to helping brands go global.
Going forward, EnterCo will continue exploring deeper integration of AI technology with compliance business, serving as a solid technology backbone for enterprises on their global expansion journey.
