China Supports the Simultaneous Declaration of New Cosmetic Ingredients and Related Products!

In order to implement the requirements of NMPA's "Several Provisions on Supporting Innovation of Cosmetic Raw Materials" and improve the efficiency of review and approval of new raw materials and cosmetics, NIFDC has optimized the cosmetics smart declaration and review system, added a functional module for simultaneous declaration of new cosmetic raw materials and related products, and officially launched it on May 9, 2025.

Through this module, registrants and filers of new cosmetic ingredients and related products can submit registration applications for special cosmetics using the new raw materials when registering and filing new cosmetic raw materials.
