NIFDC Opens Public Comments on Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics Technical Guidelines

To further standardize and guide the research and evaluation of anti-hair loss cosmetics, the NMPA and NIFDC have drafted two guiding principles, including the "Technical Guidelines for Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetic Research (Trial Implementation) (Draft for Comment)," and accompanying drafting instructions (Annexes 1-4), in accordance with the Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulations, Cosmetic Registration and Filing, and Management Measures. Public feedback is now being sought. Please complete the Feedback Form (Annex 5) and email it to hzppjzx@nifdc.org.cn by September 20, 2025.
