NIFDC Released Technical Guidelines for Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics and Ingredients

To standardize and guide research on anti-hair loss cosmetics and related raw materials, the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) has formulated the "Technical Guidelines for Research on Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial)" (see Annex 1) and the "Technical Guidelines for Research on Efficacy-Related Raw Materials for Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial)" (see Annex 2), in accordance with relevant regulations, and released them on December 16.
