NMPA Released Draft for Comments on Toothpaste Classification Catalog

On December 1st, the NMPA released the Toothpaste Classification Catalog (Draft for Comments).

On December 1st, to implement the Cosmetics Supervision and Management Regulations and the Toothpaste Supervision and Management Measures, to regulate toothpaste production and sales activities, and to ensure the quality and safety of toothpaste products, the NMPA drafted the Toothpaste Classification Catalog (Draft for Public Comment) and solicited public opinions. The public comment period is from December 1st to 22nd, 2025. Relevant organizations and individuals can submit their feedback to hzpjgs@nmpa.gov.cn. The email subject should indicate "Toothpaste Classification Catalog - Feedback".
