NMPA Solicits Public Opinion on Toothpaste Registration Management

To standardize the toothpaste industry and help businesses reduce burdens and increase efficiency, the NMPA has drafted the "NMPA Announcement on Matters Related to Toothpaste Registration Management (Draft for Comment)" (Annex 1) and is soliciting public opinion. The public comment period is from September 26 to October 26, 2025. Please submit your comments by filling out the feedback form (Annex 2) and sending it to hzpjgyc@nmpa.gov.cn, specifying "Feedback on the Announcement on Matters Related to Toothpaste Registration Management" in the email subject line.
