NIFDC Released Draft of New Cosmetic Ingredients Registration & Filing Guidelines for Comment

To implement the NMPA's "Several Provisions on Supporting Innovation in Cosmetic Ingredients" and optimize the technical requirements for the registration and filing classification of new raw materials, the NIFDC, in accordance with the "Cosmetics Supervision and Management Regulations" and "Cosmetics Registration and Filing Administrative Measures" and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with industry development, review practices and new technological advances, organized the drafting of the "New Cosmetics Ingredients Registration and Filing Materials Technical General Rules (Draft for Comment)" and its drafting instructions (Annex 1 and 2), and publicly solicited public opinions.
