NIFDC Released Technical Guidelines for Updating Cosmetic New Ingredient Filing Information

To implement the NMPA's "Several Provisions on Supporting Innovation in Cosmetic Ingredients," clarify the modification path for new ingredients already on the market, and guide new ingredient registrants and filers in carrying out related work in a standardized manner, the NIFDC has developed the Technical Guidelines for Updating Cosmetic New Ingredient Filing Information, in accordance with relevant regulations.
