NMPA FAQs on cosmetic production and operation on May 10

Beijing MPA issued faqs related to children’s cosmetic filing, covering definition, formula design, safety assessment, label on Sep. 5th.

On July 24, Beijing MPA issued some faqs related to cosmetic ingredient safety information, cosmetic name and label requirements, etc.

For products with a net content of less than 1g, a transition period of 12 months will be granted based on the original implementation date.
